Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between Stagi Pty Ltd (“Stagi”, “we”, “us”) and you/your agency. By using Stagi, you accept these Terms.

1) Supplier details (ECTA/CPA)

Legal name: Stagi Pty Ltd. Registered address: Walmer, Gqebehra, Eastern Cape, South Africa, 6070. Contact: imagine@stagi.co.za.

2) Service

Stagi provides image enhancement/virtual staging tools for residential property marketing. Outputs are visual transformations of your uploaded photos.

3) Accounts

  • Provide accurate details; safeguard credentials.
  • If acting for an agency, you warrant you are authorised.

4) Your content & licence

You own your uploads. You grant Stagi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content to provide the service and create the outputs you request. You confirm you have required rights/consents.

5) Accuracy & compliance

  • Enhancements are aesthetic only and must not misrepresent structural or material facts. See Image Enhancement Policy.
  • You must ensure marketing is not false, misleading or deceptive (CPA 68 of 2008) and aligns with the PPRA Code of Conduct.

6) Prohibited use

  • Illegal/infringing content; attempts to bypass security or scrape; fabricating structural features to deceive.

7) Fees, renewals, refunds

Pricing appears at checkout. Subscriptions (if chosen) auto-renew until cancelled. Where a refund policy applies, refunds are made to the original method per our fair-use and statutory obligations.

8) Availability & changes

We strive for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Features may change; material changes will be communicated where practicable.

9) Intellectual property

Except for your content, all platform code, models, style packs, and branding are Stagi’s IP.

10) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Stagi will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss. Aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to fees you paid to Stagi in that period.

11) Indemnity

You indemnify Stagi against claims arising from your content, unlawful/misleading marketing, or breach of these Terms.

13) Electronic contracting (ECTA)

You consent to electronic records and signatures; contracts concluded electronically are valid under South African law.

14) Governing law & disputes

Laws of the Republic of South Africa. Good-faith negotiation, then AFSA arbitration in Johannesburg (English), unless another forum is required by law.
